The Woogsviertel is a statistical district in eastern Darmstadt .
The development of the Woogsviertel began in the early days ; it is one of the old residential areas of the city of Darmstadt. During the First World War , an air raid caused relatively little damage to the quarter. The Woogsvietel was largely destroyed in air raids during World War II. After the war, the quarter was rebuilt. It clearly documents the housing style of post-war modernism .
