World University Boxing Championships
The World University Boxing Championships are global boxing competitions organized by AIBA that have been held every two years since 2004. Depending on the number of participants, there will be a round of sixteen, a round of 16, a quarter-final, a semi-final and a final. The two semi-final losers will each receive bronze. In 2014, women's competitions were held for the first time, consisting of only one semi-final and one final. Boxing was carried out in only two weight classes ( flyweight and lightweight ).

The most famous tournament winners include Zhou Shiming (China), Selcuk Aydin (Turkey) and Vyacheslav Hlaskow (Ukraine).
