Wypasne ( Ukrainian Випасне ; Russian Выпасное Vypasnoje , Romanian Turlaki ) is a village in Odessa Oblast in southwest Ukraine with about 7600 inhabitants (2004).

The village, located in the historical region of Bessarabia , is the administrative center of the eponymous, 92.48 km² district council in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyj district , to which the village Sukholushschja ( Сухолужжя ⊙ ) with about 1100 inhabitants belongs to the Dniester Liman .
Vypasne borders the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyj in the east . The regional road P-72 runs through the village .
