The Wysoki Dział is a mountain in the Polish Middle Pienines , a mountain range of the Pieninen , with 731 meters height. It is in the Czorsztyn Pienines . The summit is about 250 meters above the Dunajec valley .
Location and surroundings
The Wysoki Dział is located in the main ridge of the Pieninen. To the southeast of the summit is the Dunajec Gorge , to the north is the Krośnica Valley .
etymology
The name Wysoki Dział can be translated as high scabbard . It comes from the fact that the watershed between Dunajec and Krośnica runs over the summit.
tourism
The summit can be easily reached from all surrounding villages on marked hiking trails. It is located in the Pieninen National Park .

Marked routes to the summit lead from Szczawnica and Czorsztyn :
- ▬ the blue ridge path from Czorsztyn over the Czorsztyn Pienines to the summit and on to the Przełęcz Szopka mountain passas well as the summit of the Trzy Korony into the Pieninki and down to the Dunajec riverto the Nowy Przewóz crossingto Szczawnica .
