Wziąchów ( German Wzionchow , 1943–1945 Junghof ) is a village in the municipality of Pogorzela in the powiat Gostyński in the Greater Poland Voivodeship in western central Poland . The place is located about 5 km southeast of Pogorzela, 21 km southeast of Gostyń , and 72 km south of the regional capital Poznań .
history
After the second division of Poland in 1793, the place belonged to the Krotoschin district and from 1887 with the reorganization of the districts to the Koschmin district . In 1905 the place had 530 inhabitants. On May 18, 1943, the place was renamed Junghof until the end of World War II . From 1975 to 1998 the place belonged to the Leszno Voivodeship .
