Xinhua (Cangzhou)

The municipality of Xinhua ( Chinese  新华 区 , Pinyin Xīnhuá Qū ) is a municipality in the Chinese province of Hebei . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Cangzhou . Xinhua has an area of ​​109.47 square kilometers and has a population of around 205,600 (2002).
