Yannick Hölzl (born April 22, 1997 in Backnang ) is a German handball player . His height is 1.93 m. He holds the position of goalkeeper .

Hölzl began his career at HSG Marbach-Rielingshausen in 2007 through his long-time friend David Leitner, who took him into training. After a year at the HSG, Hölzl switched to TV Oppenweiler. In 2010 he returned to Marbach. For school reasons, Yannick Hölzl returned to TV Oppenweiler a second time in 2011. Two years later he switched to TV Bittenfeld . In 2013, Hölzl was Wuerttemberg champion and Baden-Wuerttemberg cup winner with the B-youth under Thomas Randi . In the 2015/16 season , Hölzl was used in the second team in the Württembergliga as well as in two games of the first team in the Bundesliga with the club now playing under the name TVB 1898 Stuttgart . In October 2016, after four years with TVB, Hölzl switched to TV 1893 Neuhausen , where he is eligible to play for the 1st team in the 2nd Bundesliga and for the 2nd team in the regional league . Here Hölzl was able to achieve promotion to the Württembergliga with the 2nd team.

For the 2017/18 season, Yannick Hölzl moved to TSV Weinsberg in the fourth highest division, the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg. Here he was able to achieve fifth place in the first year. Hölzl stayed with TSV for two seasons.

For the 2019/20 season, Hölzl moved to TSB Heilbronn-Horkheim in the 3rd division . Hölzl has signed a two-year contract with the Horkheim Hunters.

Hölzl attended the technical high school in Backnang . He completed a mechanical engineering degree at Esslingen University . Hölzl has been studying teaching at the PH Ludwigsburg since 2018 .
