Yannick Étienne Stanislas Kamanan (born October 5, 1981 in Saint-Pol-sur-Mer , France ) is a French football player .

Career

Kamanan was trained in the youth department of UC Le Mans ; he made his professional debut at Tottenham Hotspur . He plays in the forward position and is left footed.

At the beginning of 2009 he moved from Maccabi Tel Aviv to Sivasspor for a transfer fee of 100,000 euros . At this club he managed to jump into the regular formation right away. Together with Hervé Tum , Mehmet Yıldız and Pini Felix Balili , he formed the storm of his team. He played with his team for a long time for the Turkish championship and ended the season with them as runner-up. He was part of the team that achieved the best first division placement in the club's history.

After Kamanan was no longer considered in the squad by the later head coach Rıza Çalımbay , he moved to league rivals Mersin Idmanyurdu in the summer of 2011 . At this club, too, he no longer succeeded in making the leap into the regular formation and so he left the club in spring 2012 and the Azerbaijani football club FK Qəbələ .
