Yara Hassan

Yara Hassan (born June 21, 1982 in Wuppertal ) is a German actress and musical artist of Syrian origin.

Hassan studied dance and singing at the Cologne University of Music and Dance , she completed her studies as a stage dancer and later received further training in singing and acting. In 2006 she first appeared in a musical at the Neue Flora Theater in Hamburg , impersonating the role of Lisa Houseman in Dirty Dancing . Other musical roles followed later. Since 2009 she has appeared regularly at the Bad Hersfeld Festival . In 2011 she made her debut at the Aalto Theater in Essen . In 2014 she worked as a choreographic assistant for the musical Sunset Boulevard for the first time. In 2015 Hassan was responsible for the choreography of the comedy of the errors and worked for Cabaret as Kit Kat Girl / Dance Captain.

From 2013 (episode 1779) to 2015 (episode 2106) Hassan was seen in the RTL soap opera Everything that counts in the role of Raquel Santana .

Hassan's singing voice is mezzo-soprano . She plays the violin and is a freelance model.
