Yin Chang
Yin Chang (born April 23, 1989 in New York City ) is an American actress .
Yin Chang was born in New York City, where she grew up as the eldest of three daughters. Her mother is from Malaysia and her father from Taiwan .
Chang made her actress debut in 2006 when she appeared on two episodes of the Six Degrees series. Appearances in various television series and film productions followed. From 2008 to 2012 she starred in the recurring role of Nelly Yuki in the series Gossip Girl .
