The prom is the biggest day in an American high school student's life. The senior president of Brookside High Nova Prescott is scheduled to host the school's prom along with Brandon, Mei, Ali, Rolo, Tyler and his girlfriend Jordan and Justin. But when a fire destroys the hard work, the daredevil Jesse Richter is thundered by the director to help with the decorations. During this time Nova and Jesse get closer than she would like, because she is actually in love with Brandon.
