Amy Pietz

Amy Pietz (born March 6, 1969 in Milwaukee , Wisconsin ) is an American actress .

Life

Amy Pietz grew up in Milwaukee. She studied at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and at DePaul University in Chicago. She is a co-founder of the Eclipse Theater Company in Chicago . She played the Annie Viola Spadaro in the television series Caroline in the City and was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award in 1999. At the North Carolina Azalea Festival 2007 in Wilmington (North Carolina) she was named "Festival Queen". In addition to Caroline in the City , she played in various television series. She had bigger roles in Rodney and Aliens in America .

In 1992 she gave birth to a son who was later put up for adoption . She has been married to actor Kenneth Alan Williams since May 1997 and has one son with him.
