Youcef Reguigui (born January 9, 1990 ) is an Algerian road cyclist .

Athletic career

Youcef Reguigui received funding from the Center Mondial du Cyclisme from 2010 to 2012 . Since 2011 Reguigui has also been under contract with the Algerian Continental Team Groupement Sportif Pétrolier Algérie . During this time he won stages of the Tour d'Algérie and Tour du Faso and was able to take the overall standings in the Azeri UCI stage race Heydar Aliyev Anniversary Tour . He was also the Algerian elite and U23 road champion in 2011 and the U23 in 2012.

In 2013 Reguigui won a stage of the Sharjah International Cycling Tour and in 2014 the Tour d'Azerbaïdjan . In 2015 he won the overall ranking of the Tour de Langkawi . The following year he started in the road race of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , which he did not finish. In 2017 he became the Algerian elite road champion for the second time, and a third time in 2018. In 2019 he won bronze in road racing at the African championships .
