Yovan Ochola
Yovan Ochola (* 1938 ) is a former Ugandan shot putter , hammer thrower and discus thrower .
In the shot put he finished eighth at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 and won bronze at the 1965 African Games .
In 1970 he was ninth in the shot put, eleventh in hammer throw and twelfth in discus throw at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh . At the Africa Games in 1973 he won the hammer throw.
