Yves Bayard
Yves Bayard (* 1935 in Paris ; † March 11, 2008 in Nice ) was a French architect .
Career
Yves Bayard obtained his diploma in 1967 from the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris , where he also met his future planning partner, the civil engineer Henri Vidal.
Works
Bayard gained fame through the Musée d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain , built in Nice in 1990, and the National Theater in Nice . He planned both buildings together with civil engineer Henri Vidal.
In 1998 he converted a former cardboard box factory into Schumacher's company headquarters in Mannheim .
