Yvo Antoni

Yvo Antoni (born August 2, 1979 in Cologne ) is a German dog trainer and acrobat. In 2009 he became known to a wide audience by winning the third season of the talent show Das Supertalent .

Life

Antoni comes from a family of artists. The mother, Birgit Antoni , is a painter, the father, Yürgen Oster, was initially also successful as an artist, then made a career as a Taiji Quan teacher, the grandparents were opera singers. Antoni attended the Humboldt Gymnasium in Cologne. He broke off his training in the 11th year of school and then took on smaller jobs as a gas station attendant, fire-eater and fruit seller. He later trained at the State Ballet School in Berlin and has been taking part in shows since 2000. He has been on stage with Marina Yakubova since 2003 and has been employed at international galas, circus performances and other performances such as variety shows and festivals. He is now married to Yakubova.

The two artists living in Cologne took part in the talent show “Das Supertalent 2009”. Yakubova could n't reach the live shows with her hula hoop , Antoni was more successful with his dog PrimaDonna , with whom he performed artistic tricks. On December 20, 2009, as the best of twelve candidates with 13.5 percent of all calls, he won the final, 100,000 euros and the title “Supertalent 2009”. He was just 0.1 percent ahead of the second-placed opera singer Vanessa Calcagno .

PrimaDonna

Antoni's bitch PrimaDonna is a Jack Russell Terrier . She was born on May 13th 2006 and comes from a breed where she was neglected in the first few months.
