The Zapol Glacier is a steep valley glacier in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It flows on the western slope of the Vinson massif between the Tułaczyk glacier and the Donnellan glacier in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains in a westerly direction to the Nimitz glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2006 after the American anesthetist Warren M. Zapol (* 1942), who had been working not far from McMurdo Sound since the 1970s on the basis of studies on the diving behavior of Weddell seals and their oxygen balance for the causes of the sudden Infant death researched.
