Zasław is a Polish manufacturer of trailers and semi-trailers for use on cars , trucks and tractors . The former state-owned company, privatized after the political upheaval in Poland, is one of the oldest and best-known representatives of its branch in Eastern Europe .

Founded in 1953 as a state-owned company for the production of agricultural tractor trailers , which were mainly sold under the brand name Autosan , the business premises were privatized and modernized in 1990 after the liberalization of the Polish economic market .
In addition to agricultural utility vehicles , the company now also produces all common semi-trailers, trailers and bodies for use in road haulage , which are sold on the domestic market as well as in Germany , France , the Czech Republic , Slovakia , Russia and the entire Baltic region . The company operates under the brand name Trailis in some of these sales markets , including Germany, depending on the product segment.
Since 2018 presents and the company sells under that brand Trailis also light trailers for private use.
Commercial vehicle manufacturers Wielton , Feber and Mega are among the company's strongest Polish competitors .
