Zell Arzberg is a cadastral municipality and in the spelling Zell-Arzberg is a village in the municipality of Waidhofen an der Ybbs in the Waidhofen an der Ybbs district in Lower Austria .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 58 building areas with 18,891 m² and 45 gardens on 190,158 m² in the cadastral community of Zell Arzberg, in 1989/1990 there were 50 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 380 and in 2009/2010 there were 243 buildings on 461 building areas.
Agriculture
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 329 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 282 hectares were forest areas.
