Zokak el-Blat comprises the two districts Serail (sector 23) and Patriarcat (sector 24), with only the northern, Serail, belonging to the so-called " Beirut Central District " (BCD). The district is home to the Lebanese Prime Minister ( Grand Serail ), the UN's Economic and Social Commission for West Asia and the Beirut Orient Institute .
