There is a lot of activity in an idyllic forest area in front of Mount Fuji . On the orders of their captain, the troubled group marches into a neighboring hotel, where the neurotic hotelier Yamada previously killed his pregnant and resurrected lover Akemi . In the guesthouse they want to inform the headquarters by phone, but this is not possible due to overloaded lines.

Yuri , who is plagued by constant headaches and visions, proves to be particularly brave and initially withholds her poor physical condition from the others. Meanwhile, those seeking refuge, the number of which are further decreasing, are trapped in the mansion surrounded and entrenched by monsters. The commander therefore plans to escape this trap and tries to reach a nearby vehicle with some subordinates in order to evacuate everyone - but the plan does not work, all civilians and soldiers - with the exception of Yuri - are killed. The dying Sakomizu reveals to Yuri that she is a prototype of a high-tech cyber soldier who would be extensively tested here before mass production. Furthermore, she is also an undead that can independently bring itself into an ultimate combat mode.
As a female cyborg , she then takes on the successful fight against a horde of zombies, all alone and armed with a katana . She eliminates all enemies, including a tiny green creature and an evil, battle-hardened officer's ghost. Slightly damaged, at the end of the film she strolls emotionlessly up a deserted street, where she meets more hordes of zombies. At the same time, the area is circled by other UFOs. With a smile, Yuri approaches the new undead horde when the film ends abruptly.
