The Zschopautal slopes near Lichtenwalde is a nature reserve (NSG) in the district of Central Saxony in Saxony . The 69.71 hectare area with NSG no. C 55 comprises several sub-areas on the valley slopes of the Zschopau near Lichtenwalde, a district of Niederwiesa .

The nature reserve was established by a resolution of the District Assembly of Karl-Marx-Stadt (No. 17/87) on March 30, 1987 with a size of 34.25 hectares. An ordinance of May 8, 2020 expanded the area to its current size.
