Zuggelrade is a district of the town of Grabow of the Grabow office in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
geography
The place is 6 kilometers north of Lenzen (Elbe) and 16 kilometers south-southwest of Grabow. The neighboring towns are Deibow and Steesow in the northeast, Bochin in the southeast, Lenzen (Elbe) in the south, Moor in the southwest, Görnitz in the west and Grittel and Krinitz in the northwest.
history
In 1540 Zuggelrade was first mentioned as a sugar wheel . In 1542 the place was spelled Zuchelradt .
Around 1800 the place belonged to the district of Lenzen in the Prignitz , part of the Kurmark of the Mark Brandenburg and in 1816 it came to the district of Westprignitz ; from 1939 named as the district of Westprignitz. From 1952 he belonged to the Ludwigslust district in the Schwerin district .
