The train end signal (Zg 2): If a red glowing symbol of the light signal is broken, you can also use the corresponding shape signal as a substitute. The combination shown in the photo is forbidden by the Ril 301 of the DB Netz .

Train signals (in signal carrying signals to trains ) are railway signals , the trains or on the free track passing over auxiliary vehicles mark.

The headlights (Zg 1) consist of three A-shaped white lamps on the locomotives and control car or two horizontal white lamps on a pushed wagon. This signal is valid both during the day and at night.

The end-of-train signal (Zg 2) consists of one or two red-white or red-yellow panels as day signals and two horizontal red lamps or reflective panels for day signals as night signals. The night sign with red light is allowed to blink.
