Zusum is a village and district of the large district town of Donauwörth in the district of Donau-Ries ( Bavaria ).
By July 1, 1972, together with Rettingen , Zusum formed the independent municipality of Zusum-Rettingen in the district of Donauwörth and on that day, as part of the regional reform in Bavaria, became the district of Donau-Ries , until May 1, 1973 with the designation of the district of Nördlingen-Donauwörth , struck and at the same time incorporated into Donauwörth. Rettingen came to Tapfheim on July 1, 1972 .
The largest part of Zusums belongs to the Catholic parish Heilig Kreuz in Donauwörth. The Neubauer / Neuhof belongs to the parish Saint Peter in Tapfheim , the inn to the parish Saint Georg in Auchsesheim .
