Auchsesheim is a parish village and district of the large district town of Donauwörth in the Donau-Ries district ( Bavaria ). The wasteland Schwadermühle belongs to the district .
geography
Auchsesheim is located south of Donauwörth. The rivers Schmutter (east) and Zusam (west) run nearby . The Danube is about 2 km to the north .
history
The village was founded in 650. Until 1429, Auchsesheim belonged to the parish of Mertingen . In the following years the owners often changed. Since the municipal reform , which came into force on July 1, 1971, Auchsesheim has been a district of Donauwörth.
