Zvjezdan Cvetković (born April 18, 1960 in Karlovac ; † February 27, 2017 in Zagreb ) was a Yugoslav and Croatian football player and coach . His younger brother Borislav Cvetković was also a professional football player.
Career
player
Zvjezdan Cvetković moved to Bundesliga club SV Waldhof Mannheim after playing for Dinamo Zagreb for seven years . The defender was under contract with the Mannheimers for three years. In the league game against Bayer 04 Leverkusen on March 10, 1990, he was seriously injured and suffered a fractured skull . As a result of this injury, he ended his career as a player.
Trainer
In 2005 he coached the Dinamo Zagreb team. From June to October 2011, Cvetković was the coach of the Bosnian Premier League participant Borac Banja Luka .
