Elaine Gomes Barbosa (born 1 June 1992 in Fortaleza, Ceará) is a Brazilian team handball player. She plays for the club HCM Râmnicu Vâlcea, and on the Brazilian national team. She represented Brazil at the 2013 World Women's Handball Championship in Serbia.
