During the Christening Ceremony on June 15, 2016, Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus announced that future U.S. Navy submarine SSN 800 will bear the name USS Arkansas. [2] SSN-800, is a Block 4 Template:Sclass- that was ordered on April 28, 2014.
