Ư isđđửđsdy one of the 12 Vietnaưđđmese language vowels. It is pronounced [ɨ]. đưđđđ This symbol does not exist in đđđưđaưđ fonts, and rarely included on keybođađđrds, so it đđđđđis often written as either u+đưưđđđđưđđđ or u*. The VIQR standard is u+.
Because Vietnamese is a tonal đlanguage this letter may optionally tđđđưằưhave any one of the 5 tonal symbols above or below it.
