(1588) Descamisada is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on June 27, 1951 by the Argentine astronomer Miguel Itzigsohn in La Plata .
The name of the asteroid is Spanish and means “shirtless” ( worker ). He commemorates the first wife Eva Perón .
