(1947) Iso-Heikkilä [ isoˌɦei̯kkilæ ] is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 4 March 1935 by the Finnish astronomer Yrjö Väisälä at Turku was discovered.
The name of the asteroid is derived from the Iso-Heikkilä farm , which was owned by the University of Turku and later became the site of the observatory. This asteroid is the first to be discovered there.
