(2119) Schwall is an asteroid of the main belt , which was discovered on August 30, 1930 by the astronomers Max Wolf and MA Ferrero at the State Observatory Heidelberg-Königstuhl ( IAU code 024).

The asteroid is named after August Schwall (1877–1947), an observatory employee.
