(24671) Frankmartin is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on January 10, 1989 by the German astronomer Freimut Börngen at the Thuringian State Observatory Tautenburg ( IAU code 033) in Thuringia .

The asteroid is named after the Swiss composer Frank Martin (1890–1974).
