(3134) Kostinsky is an asteroid of the main belt , which on November 5 in 1921 by Russian astronomer Sergei Ivanovich Beliavsky at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory in simeiz was discovered.

The asteroid is named after the Russian astronomer SK Kostinsky , after whom the Kostinsky effect was also named.
