(4200) Shizukagozen is a main belt asteroid discovered on November 28, 1983 by Yoshiaki Banno and Takeshi Urata at the Nasukarasuyama Observatory.

The asteroid was named after Shizuka Gozen , Minamoto no Yoshitsune's lover . The asteroid was given this name because its orbit is very similar to that of (3178) Yoshitsune .
