(4311) Zguridi is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on September 26, 1978 by Lyudmyla Shuravlowa from the Crimean Observatory .
The asteroid was named after the Soviet film producer Aleksandr Mikhajlovich Zguridi (1904-1998).
