Óscar Luis Muñoz Oviedo (born May 9, 1993 ) is a Colombian Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 58 kilograms.

Muñoz has been taking part in international competitions since 2010. In the class up to 55 kilograms he reached the quarter-finals at the Junior World Championships in Tijuana and also took part in the Youth Olympic Games in Singapore , where he also reached the quarter-finals, but was eliminated there. In the adult division he competed in the Pan American Championship in Monterrey and won his first international medal with bronze in the class up to 58 kilograms. Muñoz played the Pan American Games in 2011 in Guadalajara , but was disqualified in the class up to 58 kilograms in the quarterfinals. At the Pan-American Olympic qualification competition in Santiago de Querétaro , he won the final against Heiner Oviedo in his weight class and secured his participation in the 2012 Olympic Games in London . There he won the bronze medal.

Muñoz is trained by Álvaro Vidal. He received a sports scholarship from the Comité Olímpico Colombiano , which enables him to participate in international competitions.
