The Örsundaån is a river in the Swedish province of Uppsala län .

It has its origin in Vansjön northeast of Heby . From there it flows first to Heby and then continues in a south-southeast direction. Near the place Fjärdhundra it turns to the east and flows through the Alstasjön and then the place Örsundsbro before it flows into the Lårstaviken bay of the Mälaren lake.

The river length including the source rivers is 74 km. The catchment area covers 734 km².

Örsundaån is badly affected by eutrophication . The endangered species of asp is found in the river. There are many old mills along the river.
