Austrian handball championship 1965/66

The Austrian Handball Championship 1965/66 was organized by the Austrian Handball Federation and played in field and indoor handball. West Vienna won the league championship for men on the field, which was able to secure the title early one round before the end of the season with a 10: 5 away win at ATSV Linz. But also at the tournament in the Wiener Stadthalle , West Vienna won the championship title with a clear final victory against Salzburg.
