Ülemine Pihlakuiv is an uninhabited island 15 meters from the largest Estonian island Saaremaa . The island is located in the rural municipality of Saaremaa in the Saare district . It belongs to the Vilsandi National Park .
Ülemine Pihlakuiv forms an island pair with the southern island of Alumine Pihlakuiv. Alumine Pihlakuiv is 75 meters long and 25 meters wide.
