Karirahu is an uninhabited island, five kilometers from the largest Estonian island Saaremaa and 490 meters from the island of Vilsandi . It is located in the Saaremaa rural community in the Saare district . It is the northernmost of the Vaika Islands and is part of the Vilsandi National Park . The island is 0.65 hectares.
