Ülemine Vaika is an uninhabited island located 4.3 kilometers from the largest Estonian island Saaremaa and 900 meters from the island of Vilsandi . It belongs to the Vaika Islands in the Vilsandi National Park . The island is part of the rural community of Saaremaa in the Saare district .
