Kullipank is an uninhabited island, 4.3 kilometers from the largest Estonian island Saaremaa and 500 meters from the island of Vilsandi . The 0.12 hectare island is located in the Saaremaa rural community in the Saare district . It belongs to the Vaika Islands in the Vilsandi National Park .
