Alumine Vaika is an uninhabited island 4.5 kilometers from the largest Estonian island Saaremaa . It belongs to the rural community Saaremaa in the Saare district . The forested island is part of the Vilsandi National Park . It is one of the most popular bird watching islands in the national park.
