The Ćwilin is a 1071 m high mountain in the Beskids island around the city of Limanowa in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland . The mountain is located near the watershed between the Raba and Dunajec rivers .
Surname
The name of the mountain is derived from the German word twin and alludes to the nearby, 1007 m high twin mountain Śnieżnica .
Access
- An access path leads from the village of Jurków to the summit in around 1:50 hours.
- Another path reaches the summit from the Przełęcz Gruszowiec pass (660 m) at Droga krajowa 28 in around 1:15 hours.
- From the city of Mszana Dolna , the summit is reached in around 3:20 hours.
