İbrahim Yavuz (born November 10, 1982 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
society
Yavuz began club football in the youth of Gaziosmanpaşaspor and was accepted into the professional squad here in 2000 without a professional contract. Here he completed 24 league games by the end of the season and, in addition to his work in the Turkish youth national teams, also attracted attention in the league. So in 2001 he moved to the then second division Adanaspor . With this team he rose after one season as third in the TFF 1st Lig in the Süper Lig . He played the next two years in the Süper Lig for Adanaspor.
After Adanaspor missed relegation in the summer of 2004, Yavuz left the club and switched to the traditional Turkish club Galatasaray Istanbul . There he was not considered by coach Fatih Terim and was only on the bench during the first half of the season. For the second half of the season he left the yellow-reds and moved to the Central Anatolians from Kayserispor . For this club he played a total of eight games by the end of the season.
For the 2005/06 season he also left Kayserispor and went to the capitals of MKE Ankaragücü . In the following years he played for various second and third division clubs.
Yavuz moved to the second division TKİ Tavşanlı Linyitspor in the summer of 2011 . During the winter break of the 2012/13 season, he dissolved his contract and left Linyitspor.
For the second half of the 2012/13 season he was hired by the second division club Şanlıurfaspor .
National team
Yavuz went through all ages of the Turkish national youth teams.
With the Turkish U-20 national team , he took part in the 2001 Mediterranean Games and won the silver medal.
