(1363) Herberta is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered in Ukkel on August 30, 1935 by the Belgian astronomer Eugène Joseph Delporte .
The asteroid is named after the US President Herbert Clark Hoover in honor of his visit to Belgium in 1938.
