(3080) Moisseiev is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 3 October 1935 by the Russian astronomer pelageya shajn the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory in simeiz was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the Russian astronomer Nikolai Moissejew .
