(3202) Graff is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on January 3, 1908 by the German astronomer Max Wolf in Heidelberg .
At the suggestion of Brian Marsden and CM Bardwell, the asteroid was later named after Gareth (Graff) Vaughan Williams (* 1965), an employee of the Minor Planet Center .
